Yes. Properties with professional photography, drone shots, and floor plans consistently attract more enquiries and achieve higher sale prices.

  • Basic Advert – $399 (at cost).
     
  • Premiere+ Advert – Price varies by suburb. We’ll confirm the exact cost when preparing your personalised proposal.
     

Premiere+ listings are highly recommended as they provide maximum exposure, rotating back to the top every ~15 days. On average, they can achieve up to 15× more views and enquiries compared to a basic ad, which often results in faster sales and stronger offers.


Yes. We prepare the contract and typically work with local solicitors and can assist with preparing the disclosure requirements (form 2). 


Yes. We provide free, no-obligation property appraisals. Each appraisal is tailored to your property and based on:

  • Recent comparable sales in your suburb.
     
  • Current market conditions and buyer demand.
     
  • Local insights from our on-the-ground experience.
     

This gives you a clear, realistic understanding of what your property could achieve in today’s market.


Once you’ve inspected the property, complete the Offer Form on our website. We’ll submit your offer directly to the owner and guide you through the process from there.  


Yes — we’re happy to organise a time that suits you. We need to provide 48 hours notice to the tenant though. 


Absolutely. We regularly deal with buyers’ agents and investors from Brisbane, Sydney, and interstate.  


We recommend arranging pre-approval with your lender and considering building and pest inspections. We need you to inspect the property and to complete the offer form.


Settlement usually occurs 30–45 days after contracts are signed, unless agreed otherwise. On settlement day, solicitors complete the legal transfer, funds are exchanged, and keys are handed over.  


From 1 August 2025, all sellers must provide a mandatory Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement to buyers. We can guide you through this process.  


 Switching is straightforward. Our team will:

  • Manage the notice period with your current property manager.
     
  • Prepare a new Form 6 agreement.
     
  • Transfer tenants, lease details, and maintenance records seamlessly.
