Presentation tips to help you achieve a Higher Price

Presentation of your property is a critical factor in achieving the highest possible price. The presentation you put into getting your property ready for sale can be the difference between getting a standard price and getting a great price. A prospective buyer sees neglect as  something that will cost them money. It’s best to remove the negatives from your house and instead create a welcoming ambience which calls out to prospective buyers that the house is fresh, clean and ready to move into.  

Make the Most of the First Impression

Outside Presentation – Curb Appeal  


Work at enhancing your home’s exterior before attending to it’s interior. Create a great first  impression for potential buyers by making sure the house and yard are clean, you may need to step back and take a long, hard look at how your home might look to other people.  

  • Clean driveway, paths and house façade 
  • Clean or paint the front fence 
  • Mow the lawns and mulch the gardens 
  • Paint or replace the front door
  • Remove sticks or leaves from gutters 
  • Repair any gates or broken fence palings
  • Replace broken glass 
  • Clean all windows
